Dans les deux prochaines années, les opérations de la chaîne de restauration rapide seront étendues et mis à disposition dans les Émirats Arabes Unis, le Koweït, le Qatar, le Bahreïn, l'Oman, et le Liban.

L'eau minérale en bouteilles
Nazih Group a aussi une usine d'eau minérale en bouteilles au Liban et commercialise ses produits au Liban sous des noms de marque comme Rozana. Grâce à sa consolidation du marché au Liban, Nazih Group a des plans d'entrée dans les pays du CCG d'ici 2011.
